The room was large and beautiful, and the bed was very comfy, I loved it. The location was perfect, next to certain areas and overcrowded Kuta and Seminyak, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Seas that was only 25 minutes' walk away.

I was happy with hotel's perfect location down a stunning hillside setting to the cliff top. The staff where very attentive and exceptionally attentive, and the free parking was available. Food was exceptional, I liked it. Excellent service was provided here. The swimming pool was nice too. Staying here for shopping was very comfortable, totally recommendable.

It's set on a stunning hillside, offering breathtaking views of the cliff top and giving easy access to a private beach club. The rooms were lovely, with big comfy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always there to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.

There was nothing that I found to be less than satisfactory during my stay. Everything was just perfect!

We loved the breathtaking views from this hillside hotel, overlooking both the ocean and lush gardens. The staff were incredible, providing personalized service and helping us plan our entire trip through their efficient WhatsApp service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the on-site spa and gym to the outdoor cinema and free guest activities like yoga. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free ice cream served in the afternoons.

It was all superb.

The location was pretty, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The pool villas were comfortable and nicely set up. The food was decent, and the complimentary ice cream in the afternoons was a nice touch.

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed more interested in their own schedules than in accommodating guests and were not knowledgeable about the surrounding areas.
